Stay and Play Package

Enhance your stay with our Stay & Play package, which includes accommodations and a daily breakfast buffet. You receive a round of golf with a cart each day, plus access to the driving range. Taxes are included. Customize your package by contacting our reservations department.

Stay & Play Package

  • At the time of booking, a $100 non-refundable deposit is due to secure the date.  60 days prior to arrival, a $100 non-refundable deposit per person in the group is required.  If you reserve within 60 days of your arrival date, a $100 non-refundable deposit per person is due at the time of booking.  All reservations must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to arrival. All payments are non-refundable.
  • Rooming List Requirement: A complete rooming list is required from the group 60 days prior to arrival. This allows us to prepare and assign accommodations accordingly.
  • Package Changes and Rain Checks: Any changes to packages made within 7 days of arrival or during your stay will not result in reimbursement. Rain checks may be issued only if the golf course is closed due to weather, as determined by the Pro Shop.
  • Reservation Requests: We will make every effort to accommodate special requests such as connecting rooms or specific room locations. However, these requests are not guaranteed and depend on availability.
  • Food, Beverage, and Dress Code Policies: In accordance with Indiana state law, outside food and beverages are not allowed on the golf course, in meeting rooms, or in public areas on the property. Swan Lake Resort enforces a golf dress code requiring collared shirts and golf slacks or Bermuda-length shorts. Blue jeans, tank tops, cutoffs, and T-shirts are not permitted on the course.
  • Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM Eastern Time. Please check in at the front desk when you arrive. Check-out time is 11:00 AM Eastern Time. If you need any assistance during your stay, please reach out to your group representative.
