Valentine's Day at Swan Lake Resort

Join us at Dickies at Swan Lake Resort on Valentine's Day as Chef Zach Lucchese and his team prepares an elegant three course meal for you and your Valentine.  

Cost:  $30 (tax and tip not included) per person.

The menu will include:

1st Course - Soup, Salad and Appetizers (Choose One)

  • Heirloom Spinach Salad 
    with Pears, Walnuts, Goat Cheese, Cranberries and Bacon Vinaigrette
  • Smoked Tomato Basil Bisque
    with Charred Corn Salsa
  • Salmon Cakes
    with Sweet Corn Puree, Red Curry Aioli, Cilantro and Chili
  • Shrimp Cocktail 
    with Horseradish Cocktail Sauce and Lemon
  • Baked Goat Cheese 
    with Basil-Tomato Sauce, Arugula and Toasted Artisan Bread

2nd Course - Entree (Choose One)

  • 10oz. New York Strip and Pomme Frites
    Rosemary, Cajun Cream Sauce, Pomme Frites, Sea Salt, Truffle Essence and Onion Rings
  • Thai Barbeque Chicken
    Pomegranate Barbecue Glazed Airline Chicken Breast, Coconut Risotto and Apricot-Peach Chutney
  • Almond Crusted Trout
    Lemon Caper Buerre Blanc, Cherry Tomato Panzenella and Tuscan Cannellini Beans

3rd Course - Dessert (Choose One)

  • Strawberry Tiramisu
  • Fresh Berries with Zabione
  • Assorted Gelato's
