Stay & Play Packages include the following:

- Each day of your stay includes a round of golf with a cart.

Stay & Play Package Terms
- A $100 deposit is required from all group members 60 days prior to arrival. If booking within 60 days of your desired arrival date, full payment is due at the time of booking.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- A rooming list is required from the group 60 days prior to arrival. If the rooming list is not received within this timeframe, your reservation will be canceled.
- Package changes made by guests during their stay will not result in reimbursement.
- Rain checks will only be issued for weather-related issues if the courses close and are not suitable for play.
- We will make every effort to accommodate your reservation requests. However, please note that connecting rooms, specific location preferences, and other special requests are not guaranteed.
- Per Indiana State Law, No outside food or beverages are permitted on the golf course, in meeting rooms, or in public areas on the property.
- Swan Lake Resort’s golf dress code requires collared shirts and golf slacks or Bermuda-length shorts. Blue jeans, tank tops, cutoffs, and T-shirts are not permitted.
- Check-in is at 4:00 PM (Eastern Time). Please check in at the front desk upon arrival. Once there, ask the front desk associate to reach out to your group representative to go over your itinerary and any immediate needs for the group.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM (Eastern Time)
