The main reason for swing flaws is that some golfers can’t move their bodies the way they need to in order to produce a fluid, unrestricted, and powerful swing. If a player lacks mobility or stability in certain body parts, the player’s body will inevitably go around their limitations; creating common deviations and swing flaws. This program will specifically target the body/swing connection and help all players find and reach their peak fitness and performance. What Is Included in Each Class??
Each participant will receive a physical screening that will identify any strengths and/or limitations with regards to flexibility, mobility and stability. A digital high speed golf swing video analysis will show the corresponding swing characteristics and relationships tied to the physical screening results. This allows us to make the Body-Swing Connection. Brian and Amy then align their professional findings and offer a powerful prescription of golf drills, exercise and stretching routines for each individual to improve their overall golf fitness and performance along with enhancing their everyday life.
